Neteller Targets Norwegian Customers
Norway had its own version of the American UIGEA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act) passed in the Norwegian Parliament. The Payment Act, which was passed in February 2010, deems it illegal for financial organizations to effect transfers of deposits to online gambling casinos and also to process payments on their behalf.
